Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies results. We do not save a separate search history on our servers. A direct message contains only what you choose to send, and we use it to answer your inquiry.

The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act of 2024, effective October 1, 2025, provides qualifying consumers with access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out rights against covered controllers and processors. Because we retain little information, a request will usually involve our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Records held by Montgomery County or Maryland agencies remain under the custodian's control, so a request concerning an official record must go to that office.
